Great product: Quiet,with all the features stated. The only thing you can improve is to provide tracking information for customer service shipments. I broke the locking tab on the back cover. I called to check at the stated expected delivery time when I did not get it, and it did not show in my account onlline. I was told that the rep knew they were looking for the part the prior week but had no way of knowing if it was shipped because they just send out uncommon parts ASAP. I was told to wait another 5 - 7 business days. It arrived the next day, but it would be better if both you and I knew that there was no problem sending the part.
