I really wanted to like this but, the dispenser I got was defective. It kept pumping water up and overflowing. The overflow switch did not work. I couldn't reach service through emails so I just had to return it. The dispenser is plastic but I really like the paddle buttons. It had a great look almost as nice as a commercial soda fountain.
