This footrest is the best of the buys for me this year. It is what I needed to sit comfortably at the table. I am 5'2” and it puts my legs up to a height that makes it comfortable for my hips and the back of my thighs. I love this and went right back to get one for each of my sisters for Christmas. I will have to get myself another so I do not have to move it around. Now the adjustable feature is just a matter of taking the bottom off (Velcro). If you have longer legs, this would be a good thing. The foam is very firm. It does not feel like it will squish from use. Not something you would put your shoes on. Highly recommended. It does not take the entire 24 hours to expand from being shrink wrapped.
