This is a great solution for a constipation issue. I only have to eat 2 prunes in the container with my dinner( or 2-3) each evening %26 like clock work ... the next morning after I eat my cereal ... I have a full elimination/expelling of stools. I don't know how to say that last part ... but, you get the message. I always have GOOD RESULTS. PLUS!
