PBfit Classic Peanut Butter Powder, Roasted Peanut Powder, 15 oz

I really enjoy this product. I am unable to digest fat and this is a fat free peanut butter. It tastes great and the texture is very much like regular peanut butter. This size jar makes just as much peanut butter as a 40 oz jar of regular peanut butter. I have looked at other powdered peanut butters and they all have a lot of refined sugar in them. PBfit has coconut palm sugar in it which I prefer to refined white cane sugar. There are only 3 simple ingredients in PBfit - peanuts, coconut palm sugar and salt.

YUM!! At first, when I picked this item to review, I was not that thrilled. When I got the bottle in the mail, I just thought – alright… I'll try it even if it doesn't look good. Well, I was quite surprised! This is a peanut powder that you can “blend, shake, bake”. Two tablespoons of this powder provides only 2g fat and 8g protein. The only ingredients for this powder are peanuts, coconut palm, sugar, and salt. I first put the powder on top of my Nutella sandwich. It was good – it was a pure peanut taste with a hint of sugar. The powder was smooth, not chunky. My next trial was putting 2 tablespoons in my fruit smoothie. I had strawberries, blueberries, bananas, mango, almond milk and 2 tablespoons of the powder – blend into a smooth consistency – delicious! I would recommend this product – it is versatile. My next cooking project will be to make non-bake protein bars with this powder!
