easy to use, you can keep track of the same routine for a month. i Use it day and night after face wash .. it helps glow the skin. the package is user friendly but there was no clip to pick the pads. it had no smell or flavor, but I liked that it was very practical and I was happy that I achieved using the whole box in one month =D
