I'll preface this, I've watched a lot of videos on temperature control and how to properly cook with stainless steel pans. If you've had experience with stainless steel pans then you know how to cook with them. I have limited experience with stainless steel pans. Pan is a good weight, not light but not too heavy (to me). So far I've cooked beef stir fry and seared ribeye steaks. I still wanna try again with the steaks because I didn't oil the pan prior to placing my meat.. that being said the stir fry didn't stick and cooked perfectly. The steaks, I believe are user error, and I think my heat was too high. I cooked in a gas stove. It stuck to the pan, but most of the bits came right off when I made my sauce. I do like this pan and I feel like it's worth more than I got it, which was on sale for like $20-$23? lol

Stainless Steel is the Safer Option
Sturdy, well made 100% stainless steel with no non-stick coating. Yes, food is going to stick a bit, and I soak the pan after using before I wash it to allleviate this "issue', but there is no coating to cook into the food and end up in my tummy. we grew up scrubbing the pots and pans, it's no big deal. the handles are attached on the outside of pan so they don't get gooey like pans with bolts on inside.
