When I first turned it on it shut off right away. Tried the 2nd one but same thing. I tried a different usb wall adapter and both worked perfect. The directions were very clear. The different colors are very pleasing. The scent started filling the air but not overpowering. I'm very happy with purchase. Would recommend.

It takes 3oz of water, so I use a bathroom disposable cup to fill it. The fill line is just the edge. Directions say to put 3 drops of essential oil. I put five so I smell my cinnamon more. It has a timer on the side for how many hours you want it to run. I use just the white color. It has a USB port that you plug it in to use it. The cord is white so it does stand out, depending where you place it in your home. I did not buy the essential oil from Walmart. I got it from a co-op. I am happy with this product.
