It seems to work just as good and the normal grade "A "toilet paper. Its soft, and the tushie didn't burn until about 30 flushes later when all the Stool Softeners and Magnesium Citrate had worked. Left to the disadvantages of the end spits and sputters of the Sphincter muscles to fend for themselves, I don't care how much, Hemorrhoidal Pain Relief Ointment, A %26D ointment, Lotions Potions, Butt wipes, and countless gentle "dabs" you use, nothing you can use at that point is going to help much on the Burning, Itching, Swelling, Discomfort Relief that you may encounter as you prepare for this personal project the next day. I will say, dabbing with your choice of cure for this is all that you can do at this point. Still anything soft will probably hurt and you will wish for a nice warm bidet toilet, and that may not help either. Each to their own. I hope I brought a bit of humor to the gut wrenching sandpaper that you may buy as keep in mind, little helps and you know it.
