I can't say anything bad about this product. Smooth, creamy, delicious. I honestly crave it. They are the best tasting ones I've had in a long time. It also has higher protein content than a lot of others that are on the shelves. I need that to help me put some weight back on that I've recently lost rapidly due to my thyroid. So, hopefully by changing my medication and drinking these will do the trick. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.
