Inadequate volume, overheats, then shuts off
The sound quality is OK, but it's not loud enough to be heard over the fans I have going in the summer months. Also, it overheats and shuts off about every 30 minutes. Fortunately, I can turn it right back on. From what I have been able to tell, there is no phone number for Pyle customer support, so I e-mailed them. They asked me to make sure that the vents weren't blocked and that the fan was running. Since I have had this unit (about 2 weeks) I have not HEARD a fan operating, suggesting that the unit is defective. Back it goes.
