Be Careful opening knives I accidentally cut my finger off. I still have no feeling in it. Knife st is white handles goes well in my Florida condo on beach. I've only used this knife set for a few weeks and I'm already hooked. They are VERY sharp, which is what you want in a knife set; a sharp knife is safer than a dull one. Some other reviewers mentioned that the blades get rusty after a while but I dry mine immediately after use and let them sit on the counter for a while before putting them back in the block.
