Quality matters

I learned about using quality pans while working at a bakery. Quality pans bake your goods more evenly. You're spending the time to bake, make it come out the best it can. A quarter sheet is half the size of your typical baking sheet or cookie sheet. These are not lightweight pans and should last you years and years. You'll notice the difference and will never go back to those thin cheap pans.

This pan is my Ride or Die. Perfect size to put under a family sized frozen entree. Perfect for putting pot pies in the oven. The right size for heating taco shells and tostada bowls. Also for your hash brown patties and toasting waffles in the oven. For reheating pizza. For baking the sliced turkey breast in the bag. Also for the canned pizza crust, it pats out perfectly in this pan. I could go on for a couple paragraphs, but whatever you do, Do. Not. Put. In. Dishwasher. That's how I ruined my first one. Don't be me.

Works Great As A Beading Tray Too

I love this quarter sheet pan as a baking pan (have several for baking). Bought this one to use as a beading tray. I lined it with waffle shelf liner and cut a felt beading mat down to size. Works perfectly so beads don't go flying while I'm beading. Not as pretty as the fancy beading trays you can buy for about $80, but a lot less expensive and works just as well.
