I've had plenty of experiencr with enema buckets for patients and for myself. This is good quality. The end that goes inside is rounded and comfortable. Looking at other reviews, I need to point out some things. Cardinal rule %231: if you meet ANY resistance, don't go further! Forcing it is how injuries happen. %232: if it is coming out too fast, you need to place the bucket lower. If it is coming out too slow, place it higher. %233: Most likely, you'll need to slide the clamp farther along the hose than it is (i.e. towards the bucket) for you to reach it if you are doing this for yourself. %234: it clamps great. If you have not used a clamp like this before, it would be good to practice sliding it closed and open a few times to get a feel for it.
