Large sized. Velcro makes adjustment easy.

Definitely runs big. Adjusted velcro closure with 1/8" over extended on each end to get correct tension to hold cap without being too tight or loose. Depth is big resulting in cap edge resting on ears, and still some more space inside cap, but can't go lower than ears. No markings. I didn't want any. Bright white, so helpful during summer to reflect sunlight to keep the head cooler. Large brim helps to block sunlight from eyes. Quality is okay, especially considering the cheap price.
