Oh, these are SO tasty! And, you can use them in so many dessert recipes. For special occasions - or, just when I feel like it!, I'll use frosting to make delicious gluten free sandwich cookies! My kids love when I coat them with melted chocolate...put peanut butter between two cookies and coat with melted chocolate - SO good! AND gluten-free good!!

YEAH!! You Use TRUE GF FLOUR :-D Aww Sadly. Some Companies are starting to cut back using GF Flour. It Is Getting Expensive. People Can Get Very Sick If They Eat Something That Shoes GF FLOUR. forget Nilla vanilla wafers because they have bad health ingredients. This brand is better - all healthy ingredients %26 taste is great. so, next time you make banana pudding or need a wafer pie crust, consider using this brand.
