Sephra's silky smooth Belgian Milk, fountain ready, couverture chocolate, runs perfectly in fondue fountains without the addition of oils or cocoa butters. Imported from Belgium and made with all natural ingredients, it's an excellent baking chocolate too! Chocolate may melt in transit during the warm weather months (April through November). However, this DOES NOT affect the quality or flavor of the product, which CAN be re-melted and used normally. Heat can affect the appearance of the product (blooming), however the quality and taste remains unchanged. We specifically pack into convenient to microwave 2lb bags for this very reason.

1. Set Microwave on half power. 2. Melt Chocolate for 1 minute. 3. Remove bag and gently massage. 4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 until chocolate has melted completed.

Epiphany Chocolate treats
The quality of the chocolate was excellent. We used in in our chocolate fountain with graham crackers, marchmallows and bite-sized cream puffs. The kids especially enjoyed dipping their treats. The chocolate, although melted, was cool enought that the 4 year old could dip his own marchmallow safely :)

Finger Lickin' Good!!!
We used the chocolate in a chocolate fountain. WOW! It was the smoothest fountain chocolate I've ever seen or tasted. It flowed beautifully throughout the fountain and coated the fruit beautifully. I'll definitely order this again this summer when my son and his fiancee get married. We're hooked!!!
