The GermGuardian Air Purifier Console with HEPA filter helps relieve allergies by capturing 99.97% of dust and allergens as small as 0.1 microns in size with its 360 degree filter. This air purifier for home filters and circulates the air 4.8x per hour in a 298 sq. ft. room and 1x per hour in a 1440 sq. ft. room. The activated carbon filter attacks common household odors including those caused by smoke, cooking and pets. This unit is designed with an easy to use touch control panel with features that support your homes indoor air quality. Equipped with 4 fan speeds, air quality monitor, auto mode, sleep mode, timer and a child lock. The Air Quality Monitor detects the amount of particles in the air and displays the air rating on an easy to read 3 color LED display. When in auto mode the GermGuardian reads real time air quality and automatically adjusts the fan speed, providing you with peace of mind that your unit is filtering your air accordingly. In sleep mode, the unit will run in low mode while the display lights turn off. The purifier has a timer for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours, and a child lock. 19" tall, this GermGuardian air purifier is ideal for large rooms up to 1440 sq. feet.

I love this air purifier! It is my 3rd one, that I've purchased. My daughter moved out a few months ago and took one with her so it I had to buy a replacement. The smaller ones were not available so I bought the larger one this time. They are great! People walk into my apartment and they smile right away with the clean, crisp air they are breathing. I've got to get another filter right now for a smaller one that I bought last year. Buy it! I love them!

Of all the Guardian products, this is one of my favorites. Quiet, effective and powerful. Quick to remove odors, quiet and covers a lot of space. Our home is ove 80 years old and you can smell lots of things when the machine isn't on. I recommend for homes with athmatics and those who suffer allergies.
