Biochem Review
Hi, First of all I want to say that Biochem is a good whey supplement and very well priced. For me personally I find as I am Lactose intolerant it bloats me a bit, although I did research the contents before I purchased Biochem and felt it might be ok for me. Unfortunately I will not be purchasing this particular Biochem formula again. For most of you this would be a perfect supplement to any fitness plan as it gives you a good source of low fat protein to help you add extra protein for muscle growth. The only other slight thing is that it does not mix completely if you are using a shaker to mix it. It would be good if Biochem can improve this in the future. Good Luck in All your Fitness Goals!!

Biochem 100% Whey Protein Powder is fabulous! It's an excellent quality product for the price. I have it in Vanilla and Chocolate and I like each one the same. It's not artificial tasting and mixes very well in a blender with milk, yogurt and/or fruit. I make a shake every morning before work and it keeps me full and satisfied for about 4-5 hours. Highly recommended!
