Yummy, chewy, easy to fill! Fantastic gf bread!

These taste good and have a fair-sized pocket for filling. I usually rip one in half and put the two halves in my toaster, then either eat them empty with my meal or fill them with sandwich stuff or taco meat. They have a great texture (especially for gluten free) and I find them handy to use when I want a bread item. The only problem is they are kind of expensive, so I can't buy as many as I'd like. The pita breads are oval instead of the og round type and are about the size of an adult's hand, so they don't hold huge quantities. They open up for filling easily and neatly. They hold the right amount of filling for my needs and my family all like them. Gluten free, excellent stone baked texture and chew, taste yummy, easy to use...highly recommended!!

Don't let negative reviews fool you!

These are great! I was skeptical of buying because of bad reviews. People were saying they are flavorless cardboard and they don't separate to be able to fill the pocket, even that they were moldy and expired! I have gotten these a few times now and never had any of those experiences! The taste is fine, it doesn't need to be extremely flavorful as it's just a pocket for whatever yummy food you want to put inside, but it also doesn't have that weird taste that some gluten free breads can have. As for people saying they couldn't separate them, it has instructions on the packaging, you have to warm them until they puff up and then you can easily make a slit and open them up. I just pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes and they are perfect! Also have never received a moldy or expired package!

Typical gluten-free texture problems

Please have a true non-flavor and they took butter and garlic well. The problem is of course the texture. I toasted one in the toaster. The other one I warmed up in a pan on the stove. The consensus is that they need to be put on the stove in a pan that has an awful lot of butter in it otherwise they dry up and get flaky and break.
