Why did the class top crack?
I used the 8.5 quart Dutch oven steamer for the 1st time on Sunday 07/31/2022 and was not pleased with it. After I used the steamer and went to take the top off to review what was being cooked...the handle came off in my hand and class went inside the pot and the class top just cracked up and went all to pieces. I put in a request about what happened and the reference#: 144333. I don't think it should have happened since that was the first time I used the product. I have called several times, but I will try again later today.
