These are an excellent choice for a hot ham and cheese or a philly cheese steak. The texture is slightly dense but still fluffy and very soft, plus it tastes great! It holds up great the juicy meats without getting soggy and falling apart! It is especially good when toasted. It is partially sliced and freezes well.
