Great quality vitamin, reasonable price!
This brand of vitamins for women over 50 have the same ingredients as other brand name vitamins made for seniors, for a much more reasonable price. Also, in other brands I've tried, there are sometimes an after taste in my mouth even though they are swallowed, not chewed, but not with these vitamins. I've taken them for years and would not go back to other brands that are more expensive when I can get a quality multivitamin at a reasonable price.

I like that it doesn't have a high iron content also, as my dr. suggested that I should cut back due to my high ferritin levels with last two lab work results.
