Let it come to room temperature. It will be soft and spreadable. It can sit at room temperature for at least 2 days. I leave mine out longer and have yet to have it go rancid before it's all gone. I don't need to have a butter that's soft from the fridge. If I want that, I know I either have to buy a blend, or put in the microwave at 20% power (cut in half or thirds).

LOVE THIS Great Value Whipped BUTTER! BUT it shows no longer available on the website to pick up at my store. I am so sad, I have had a hard time finding any butter that is edible lately. And the kerry gold is always out of stock, I buy it, even though it is expensive, but can hardly ever get it Tried to upload a photo but this page would not accept it.
