Smaller and quieter than I expected-makes paper sheets into confetti size pieces. Cannot evaluate for office use, but for typical home use seems to do the job very we'll.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It shreds like confetti. It would take a professional to put all the paper back together again. It is small and compact. I was concerned that it would not be large enough for my needs and thought I might have to empty the bin more often. Not true. I've only emptied it once since I have owned it. It takes longer to fill since the paper is shredded so small. Having been a recent victim of identity theft, I didn't want to take any chances. Although, I had a shredder that lasted for years, it finally broke. This one, is even better. I would recommend this product.
