Easy dinner for one

Ok, these aren't authentic Korean ramen or anything. But they are super cheap and easy/fast to make. They taste better than the mauren brand to us. We like to eat them as soup and also you can drain the water and dump the seasoning right on the noodles. Probably loaded with salt, so maybe not for people with high blood pressure. But Yummy!

Ramen Noodles are so good...

I used to hate Hate Hate noodles. My son bought this when I had Covid to make me feel better. I sat in my refrigerator until I had to eat it. But when I tried it I fell in love. I don't buy other noodles. Its cost effective and delicious, for lunch, dinner, or in between meals.

I like ramen noodles for a snack or to put frozen vegetables in you got to make sure to cook them long enough to get them up the full fluff I bring a 38 oz bowl with two cups of water to a boil in the microwave dump the noodles and give them a stir bring them back up to a boil and then turn to microwave off and throw a dish over the top of the bowl and let them soak for 10-15 minutes they swell up pretty good that way
