I had some weight I needed to shed, so I choose these Atkins Gluten Free Protein shakes to curb my desire for sweets. I drink one in the morning with a cup of Greek yogurt, with added fruit, one as a snack in the afternoon and one in the evening after dinner as my dessert. My goal was to loose 10 pounds, but I am happy to say I have lost 16 pounds. The shakes are delicious and quince my desire to eat sweets. Chocolate and mocha are my favorite flavors.
