This is a fantastic product. I have had my amazing Keurig for since 2019. I have always used my Pur water pitcher to fill the canister and I have consistently used the descaler, filters, and coffee rinse. I have never had a problem, it makes fantastic coffee and I have never had to replace it unlike my friends and family. They have complained about how their Keurigs have broken, not worked properly after a significant amount of time or made bad tasting coffee. However, they don't clean them properly or use purified water. Also, if your Keurig isn't working properly and it has been within a year of purchasing it. You can call and they will exchange it for a brand new Keurig. You just have to follow their instructions with the broken Keurig. I have done this for clients of mine that I house manage for.
