Broken glass

I ordered 12 bottles and received 11 bottles plus the broken glass from the 12th bottle. It did not occur during shipment because there was no liquid in the box. It seems clear this happened when the seller was packaging the product for shipment, broke a bottle and intentionally sent me the broken glass instead of another bottle. Disappointing.
