I researched the vitamins between the brands and I found this one to be better with certain vitamins like Vit D and calcium, potassium etc. My most favorite flavors are vanilla, strawberry and chocolate. I am a diabetic and need to have breakfast to take my meds, but I have never been able to get up and eat food. These drinks are perfect, they give me what I need to take my meds. They taste great, I love them. They are on the high price side though. These were recommended by my diabetic education nurse. I love the chocolate and strawberry the most, but haven't tried any that didn't taste good.
