Amy's Gluten Free rice and bean burritos are really good. Make sure you cook them according to directions—microwave 90 sec on one side (between 2 plates) then flip and cook 90 more on the other side. Careful when you remove the top plate—there will be steam! The tortilla cooks just right this way. I sometimes add a slice of nondairy cheese and microwave 10 more seconds—uncovered. Serve with tortilla chips! Yum!

Now, I won't lie, these little burritos are super expensive, I know because I buy them very often, usually from a different store, because I like to buy them along with the tofu breakfast burrito which Walmart doesn't carry and I like mixing the 2 as a meal. But if I have enough of the breakfast burrito (Walmart does have the breakfast bowl, I just prefer the burritos), I do get them from Walmart, which of course is a better price These burritos are SO GOOD. Why so expensive? I don't know, all things Gluten Free are and sadly I must eat GF for a medical condition, but there must be a valid reason or they wouldn't be. Onto the review. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD! There's no meat (big yay for me), the wrap of the burrito is perfect, no different than a wrap on any other burrito the beans are fresh as is the sauce. It's great for a snack, or if you'd like it as a meal, just make 2. :-) Highly recommend - it's been a go to of mine since 2022.

Gluten Free burrito better than the standard

I tried the gluten free version of Amy's Burrito just out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised by the tortilla. The taste was the same but it wasn't as thick and hard as Amys regular burrito is at the corners. It was very tasty. The filling was a good as ever. I think I would probably buy the gluten free version again because of the tortilla.
