Fresh, earthy, clean

Clean, fresh, and calm scent. As is, I'd say it's more suitable for small spaces such as bathrooms or linen closets. Not suitable for large rooms or when trying to establish a “signature room scent”, it just isn't very potent. It has a velvety refreshing, musky/outdoor scent. I use this as a diluted mister for full room fragrance that lasts longer and transfers throughout home. If using as a whole home foundation scent, I'd suggest two or three per room in conjunction with a diluted room spray. It makes a wonderful full year round foundation scent for your home, as it pairs nicely with holiday traditional fir/pine/minty/snow fragrances.

very clean outdoorsy scent

I was very skeptical ordering this one because I do not like the smell of sage at all, it smells nothing like sage at all. When burnt this has an outdoorsy fresh scent that I can't quite put into words. I use this candle as aromatherapy like people use lavendar and chamomile, it calms me and creates a very comforting scent in my home. Don't let the name deter you, if you like fresh clean scents you will love this!
