I really enjoyed Applegate Natural Chicken and Maple sausages. They had a meaty texture with a nice chew. The maple flavor was just right - not overpowering. I appreciate that the sausages browned well and weren't swimming in grease, as other brands tend to be as they cook. The natural ingredients are a big plus. I added sliced sausages to a breakfast casserole, and it was delicious 😋. If only they were a little less expensive. . . but worth it for a healthy breakfast sausage option.

This chicken maple sausage has great texture, taste and maple flavor. One is not overpowered by the other. I love sausage, but my stomach doesn't! This is the best alternative that I have found. Heated in the box for 1 minute in the microwave to thaw before cooking in frying pan with a little bacon grease. Delicious. New staple in our home

Great taste and texture

These sausage are excellent. The taste and texture are almost perfect. Sadly, I have been trying to read labels more closely and have been bothered by the taste and presence of all the chemicals and unnecessary ingredients added to groceries. I hope that the ingredients in these do not change. I will not continue to buy if the ingredients change, but I would be happy to see the price go down.
