In a New Year's organizational blitz I've been cleaning out closets and trying to simplify (which apparently consists of throwing out anything that is hard to store!). When I reached our cluttered coat closet, I balked. I was fine with getting rid of outerwear that was no longer in service, but what to do with all the yarn stores I'd accumulated throughout the years? Throw. It. Out? Just couldn't do it. I had some space left in the closet though, and had recently purchased some easy to use shoe organizers, so when I searched the Internet for "Yarn Storage" I was happy to see this adaptation! It's perfect for the yarn I wanted to store, and now I don't have to frantically search through several bags of jumbled yarn in the bottom (at the very back) of my closet each time I start a project. I especially love the side pockets which are perfect for storing my pattern books, which I'd never found a great place for. Hard to store? No way! Easy to use, and now my yarn is... perfectly simplified! Big win! So happy!
