As a husband of an expecting wife, I wanted to ensure she was taking a quality prenatal vitamin to support her health and our growing baby. These prenatal gummies have been a game-changer. Good prenatal vitamins without iodine
Overall I really enjoy these gummies as they are low on sugar while the taste is pretty decent, and the texture is pleasant as well. I have tried them for close to a week and so far no nausea as far as I noticed. I would definitely recommend them to soon to be moms for the lack of side effects, enjoyable taste and critical vitamins.
Tasty and don't make me sick!
These prenatal gummies are pretty tasty! I have been pregnant three times and have tried a variety of prenatal vitamins. With my first pregnancy I took horse pills that made me nauseous and were the reason behind the only two times I actually threw up that pregnancy. Midway through that pregnancy I switched the gummy prenatals that were coated in a sugary substance. They were delicious but with my second pregnancy, I had an aversion to the sugary stuff on the vitamins and again found myself avoiding taking them. That's not what you want from your prenatals! With my third pregnancy I found a few different kinds of prenatal vitamins that were gummy and not coated in sugar and got through it all ok. I cannot attest to the health of any of these vitamins, you can talk to your doctor about how much of each supplement you should have in your prenatals, but I can attest that these vitamins taste good and did not make me nauseous, therefore, I am more likely to take them! The only real difference I noted about these vitamins from other gummy prenatals was how soft they were. They are rather gummy in texture, which some people will like and others may not. They taste great and I'd recommend them for pregnant friends who are having trouble finding ones they can tolerate.
