The only prenatal I can take
During my first trimester, I had a problem with spitting, nausea and vomiting. The prenatal I started taking made me vomiting even time I tried to take it. I was worried that I couldn't find one and decided to trying a chewable. Not only could I tolerate it but it tasted good which helps especially during the time I was spitting. This product was the best for me and would recommend if you're going through nausea, vomiting and spitting.

Prenatal gummies
Been using these for a couple months now. They taste very good. Perfect option for those who can't take the capsules or tablet prenatals. They do have sugar in them but if that doesn't bother you then these are a good choice
