For swelling and water retention Why not use lemons and limes in iced tea daily. Using the use ofa total of 4 lemons and limes per day really stops my water retention.

I go through a lot of limes. Im an organic fan. Organic has better taste, but just dont last. I go through 1 1/2 a day. I have given up on the organic. The refund is great....but I'm done with organic lemons, too.
