At first I was upset the box was a little damaged b/c I will send back items in damaged boxes in fear the product may be broken, it did arrive wet outside of the machine in the box so I was concerned. This was my third time trying out a portable washing machine so I couldn't wait anymore. The other two needed more innovative work but absolutely remarkable inventions if you can't afford the more expensive machines. I started out using a Panda portable twin tub washing machine and it was insane and it lasted me forever but I can't find them anymore which was a good thing b/c I found this automatic mini portable washing machine "Giantex"! The unit I got works and has no defects but I've only had it a few days and I don't forsee any issues. This machine is my dream automatic mini washing machine. I still can't believe I have one and that this is real...I'm so shocked. I'm single so it fits me perfect. It is just like having a full size washer but it's a mini for me. At first I was so upset it wasn't going to hook up in my bathroom b/c the sink had a standard universal apartment ugly looking faucet (see pic) but after talking to the plumbing guy at Home Depot the employee taught me that, that ugly faucet has an airigating piece and it has no threading in it that you can take out and replace it w/that adapter Giantex provided (see image). I did not need any extra parts. I am so happy...I am even more excited b/c I didn't pay full price but knowing what I know now I admit I for real would pay full price. I've always recommended people take thier clothes to the laundry matt once in a while. Don't over stuff them and if it says don't use hot water, just don't do it! Instead, pour hot water %26 your bleach or stain remover in a bucket and let your clothes sit until the water is cold.

Great little machine, saves me from sitting at the laundromat for hours. It's a bit to figure out at first but once you have the hang of it, it's such a great invention. I keep mine right in the bathroom and fill from the sink and dump in the tub.
