I love this wok!! i have had several woks in the past. I've never had much luck. The non-stick coating was awful on previous woks because the high heat necessary to properly cook with the pan is to hot for the Teflon. It would always peel. This beauty is carbon steel and preseasoned. I watched Mandy's videos on how to use it and it has never failed. No sticking! I make a TON of Asian foods. In fact, I make lots of recipes I've seen on Souped Up Recipes (Egg Foo Young is my fave and Mandy's recipe is foolproof). It clans up like a dream and is easy to use. It is so pretty I leave it out all the time. This is the wok you're looking for!
