Simple, Powerful, and Perfectly Adjustable

I've been using the NutriMill Harvest Grain Mill for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with it. From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was thoughtfully designed and built to last. It has a clean, simple look on the counter, but more importantly—it performs incredibly well. What I love most is how easy it is to use. The adjustable settings are a standout feature. Whether I'm going for a super fine flour or something a bit coarser, I can dial it in exactly how I want without any guesswork. That level of control makes a huge difference, especially when trying out different recipes. It also runs smoothly and consistently, producing high-quality flour every time. I appreciate that it doesn't feel overly complicated—just pour in the grain, adjust the setting, and let it do its job. Overall, the NutriMill Harvest is a fantastic grain mill for anyone who wants reliability, flexibility, and ease of use. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking to start milling their own flour at home.

Better than the Classic Nutrimill

This item has been on back order for so long, so I was happy to see it become available recently (in white). It's a beautiful item to have on the counter, not too big, and so convenient to use for baking batches of 500 g or even 1 Kg of grains. I like that the flour neatly falls into a bowl without hardly any excess flour dust flying out outside the bowl. This is a big deal for me because with the classic, the flour falls into an enclosed bin that also has an inner plastic filter cup and I spend several minutes with each batch sweeping out the filter cup and the inner lid which attracts a good amount of flour due to static electric. With the Harvest Grain, no extra time is spent cleaning after each batch. Also, the Harvest Grain is more quiet, and does not heat up the flour as much (therefore preserving more nutrients). Don't worry about the smaller bin for holding unmilled grains … you can keep adding grains while milling so the capacity of the top bin won't limit how much you can grind at a time. You will want to give the machine a rest to cool down though, so that is the true limit on how large of a batch you can grind each time.

NutriMill Harvest

Still in the learning phase of grinding, making fresh milled flour. I have my third loaf bulk fermenting now. It is a learning curve. When I get it down pat I think it will be wonderful. Having bread as our heavenly father intended, with all the bran, germ and nutrition. Not like the stripped flour sold in stores.
