WonderMill Electric Grain Mill

This Mill is the best. I got it because it's the highest recommended from long term home use people. It should last 25 years. It's SO easy. When you learn that almost all the vitamins are in the whole grain, everyone would be milling their own flour to bake!!!! It only takes 1 min extra to mill the flour. Now Bread becomes the staff of life, as opposed to flour milled and all the nutrients stripped away, and a few synthetic vitamins added back, plus dangerous pesticides, etc., which are part of the gluten intolerance problem people are experiencing. That and the hydrogenated oils. (Geez..do I need to give a disclaimer that I am no doctor, and this is not professional information, advice or anything in that realm. It's my own personal wisdom derived from much study and life experience. Do your own research if this is the first time you are learning this). Learn the tremendous benefits from freshly milling and baking your own breads, rolls, deserts, muffins, crackers, etc. Some sites and people milling their own Bread have said that the health of freshly milled grain actually heals people's guts who have had years of problems.
