I'm high allergic. So nose breathing has been a struggle for decades. Simple saline sprays just help to clean but do not relief the air circulation in my nose. Those sprays wirh corticoids help me a lot but I cant use too often. This one helps to relief super fast and the taste is not bad. So far it did not make things worse, just better. But.... 1- The plastic wrap around it when you open it first time sucks. Prepare to remove it very carefully and with a razor like sharp blade. You can even hurt yourself trying to open this thing in a hurry. 2- The nozzle point is too short for male adults or someone with bug hands and/or noses. It can eventually hurt your inne nasal areas if you use it without a steady hand. 5 Stars for the products beside these two flaws.
