I'd like to first say thanks for sending the actual 0 flow nipples. I've ordered from other stores and was sent Flow 1. These help my baby slow down when eating as he can pace himself. He doesn't take in as much air and I feel he looks more relaxed when feeding.

Product itself is great. it's just right for my newborn granddaughter. The problem I had was with delivery. I paid for next day delivery but the post office didn't deliver due to insuffienct address. The address I have on file and what was on the package was correct. Maybe it was an excuse by the post office to not deliver on a Sunday. I'm not sure. I paid for a service and it wasn't performed. I need a shipping credit from someone...Walmart or PostOffice.
