I wanted to like this product but it's not safe!

I got this product (the Baking Sheet and Cooling Rack) for my countertop convection oven. It wasn't easy finding a product that was stainless steel and small enough to use in such an oven. I do my best to avoid anything non-stick/teflon as well as aluminum as the science coming out about these metals and coatings are proving to be terrible for you. The weight was nice and the product well made and designed... So why the low score you may be asking? If you are rolling the edge of a stainless steel pan to help the pan from warping (big thumbs up) I would first recommend that you remove the protective plastic film from the stainless steel before doing so. I tried... I tried a lot but I could not remove the plastic that is affixed to the bottom of this pan and then stuck by the rolling of the edges. Nobody should be stuck dealing with plastic films that won't be able to be fully removed from the pan when they make such an effort to remove toxins from their cooking environment. To be honest I love the pan... It's really great, but completely useless to me and cannot use it. Please do better next time. If you want to protect the pan, fine, but make sure that the film can be removed fully before we are expected to place it in an oven with our food. TLDR; Get rid of the plastic film from the bottom of your pan and you have a 5 star product.
