Briefly boil in hot water to soften Nite Protector. Bite down and shape to your teeth and mouth. Please read and follow full instructions on enclosed insert. WARNINGS - Do Not Use: If you are under 18 years of age; If you wear braces or other dental appliances; If you have loose teeth; If you have been diagnosed with temporo-mandibular joint (TMJ) problems or severe tooth clenching or grinding; If you are currently experiencing pain in mouth or jaw because of tooth clenching or grinding; As an athletic mouthguard - the dental protector does not absorb shock; As a device for the treatment of snoring or sleep apnea; For more than 3 months from initial use without consulting your dentist. See your dentist every 6 months thereafter while using this product. Ask a dentist before use if you have: Loose caps or fillings, or cavities without fillings; Clicking of your jaw; Pain in your teeth, jaw, face, or if you have trouble chewing; Two or more missing teeth; Sores in your mouth; Disease or bleeding of the gums; Serious breathing, respiratory or other health problems Discontinue use and consult a dentist if: The same symptoms continue after several weeks of use; The dental protector easily falls out of your mouth; The dental protector is uncomfortable or causes you to gag; You have soreness, bleeding or other reaction inside of your mouth; You notice new symptoms such as pain in your jaw, teeth, ear, neck stiffness, headache or joint clicking after using the dental protector; You have loose teeth or a change in your bite that lasts more than a few minutes after removing; The dental protector has been worn or bitten through or shows signs of excessive wear Please read and follow instructions on enclosed insert.

Absolutely love this!
I had a custom guard fitted at my dentist. Two things were wrong w it. First, it was hard plastic & uncomfortable. Second was that your teeth move all day so that by the time you put guard back on at night it is very uncomfortable bc the fit has changed slightly. This is soft and not at all uncomfortable. Works great! The first time I tried to boil the guard it only came out mediocre. The second time I was much more careful and it came out perfectly. I now have a mediocre backup in case of an emergency. I am very pleased.

Dental protector
I grind my teeth so dentist recommended that I needed to wear a protector. Dentist wanted to make one but price was almost $700. no way! I went to Walmart & bought one right off the shelf. It works great after I adjusted to having in my mouth. At my last check up dentist said, it worked! Great price too.

It works just fine...
Have no clue what everyone is talking about on these reviews. I was able to mold the guard correctly on the first shot and it was super easy. 30 seconds to boil the guard is not too much at all, it was quite perfect. Definitely not top quality but that's why it's $15. Still does the job.
