Not Safe/ Reliable product...

NOT at all what I expected! This product isn't as described/ shown on ad. it's smaller,:too soft, loose, not fitting tightly, --doesn't adjust to fit; could choke you over night-- Seems to be very fragile, made w/ cheap materials. came lose in a plastic bag %26 wrapper, NOT well protected in box, as pic showed.. Very disappointing. I'll try to keep it, just to try, if it stays in place, overnight. Otherwise, I'll return it for FULL Refund... Thanks, anyway, for trying...😐🤔💕✝️🫂🤔😏
