We just used this for the first time today with success. It is very simple to use. The instructions tell you exactly what to do and this product does not require a lot of space. You will have fresh tea in under 30 minutes. We used four family sized tea bags and about a half cup of sugar. I could use more but my son was happy with this combination. Getting it just right is something each person will have to play with. I definitely recommend and hope it lasts a long time.
