Amazing if you can stomach it
I've been using Vega Plant Protein and Greens, and overall, it's a solid product. The quality is excellent, with a clean ingredient list that includes a good blend of plant-based proteins and greens, which is perfect for my dietary needs. The serving size is generous, and the powder mixes well into smoothies or shakes. The dosage is easy to follow, and I've noticed a boost in my energy levels and recovery after workouts. However, I have to mention that the taste isn't the best—it's a bit earthy and not as smooth as some other protein powders I've tried. Despite that, the nutritional benefits make it worth it, especially if you're looking for a plant-based option with added greens.

good tasting powder
I'm terrible about getting work protein but good about making smoothies. I have tried a number of vegan protein powders and this is my favorite tasting one. it helps that it has added veggies in it. I highly recommend this powder to teach your protein goals whether you workout or not.

Great Vegan Protein
We love this protein! It tastes delicious and is easily digestible. Other products we tried led to gas and discomfort, but we have never experienced this issue with Vega. The powder seems high quality and dilutes easily with water or almond milk. I use it in smoothies and even add it to my waffle batter to kick up the nutrition for my kids. They love the added taste and I know that they are getting an extra dose of greens without a fight.
