Intended for people seeking pain relief from minor aches and pains. Adults and children aged 12 and older, take one capsule every 4-6 hours while symptoms persist; if pain or fever does not respond to one capsule, two capsules may be used. Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours, unless directed by a doctor. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Do not use ibuprofen at 20 weeks or later in pregnancy unless definitely directed to do so by a doctor because it may cause problems in the unborn child or complications during delivery. I just took the gel form 2 20p mg a few hrs ago and received so much better relief!! my pain is much more relieved and I will buy nothing else from now on.
