Each liquid gel cap contains 200 milligrams of the NSAID ibuprofen, a pain relief medicine that works fast to stop pain where it starts for powerful, effective relief. Adults & children 12 & older, take one caplet every 4 to 6 hours while symptoms persist; if pain or fever does not respond to one capsule, two capsules may be used. take other drugs containing prescription or nonprescription NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, or others)
have 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product
take more or for a longer time than directed
Heart attack and stroke warning: NSAIDs, except aspirin, increase the risk of heart attack, heart failure, and stroke. These can be fatal. The risk is higher if you use more than directed or for longer than directed.

Great product at a great price. I like it much better than Advil liqui-gels, and I thought that was even pretty good, but found that now where I'm at with my pain that Motrin liquid gels work much better for me. I believe every person is unique and their health needs. Personally, I feel Motrin liquid gels are very good for several of my symptoms such as pain, inflamation and swelling. I would definately give this product two thumbs up.
